Look closer
For clothing, inspect seams, print, embroidery, fasteners and measurements. For shoes, compare the pair, sole pattern, toe shape and insole length. Ask the agent for further photos when an important detail is unclear.

Decide before shipping
Raise any discrepancy with Pikobuy while the item is still in the warehouse. Return eligibility, deadlines and seller conditions vary; check current terms on the official platform.

What photos cannot prove
A photo cannot establish authenticity, long-term durability or the performance of electronics. This review export does not include a QC photo feed, so product listing images are not labelled as QC.

Create an inspection checklist before the item arrives
Write the chosen colour, size and quantity beside two or three category-specific questions. For a hoodie ask for chest and length measurements if fit matters; for a bag ask for the inside, closure and dimensions. A focused request is easier to review than a general question about quality.

Ask for a closer image when needed
If an important detail is obscured, request a clear photograph or measurement before deciding to ship. Review the current charge for any additional service and check whether the image answers the question. Pikobuy’s shipping terms note limitations for professional inspection of specialist products.

Save your evidence and contact support
Keep the selected listing option, warehouse status and relevant image together. Explain the discrepancy specifically, such as the ordered colour versus the visible item, and ask what options and fees apply. The official returns page describes a five-day request window for qualifying items, but eligibility and seller consent still matter.
